The Southern House is the creation of Paul and Pam Southern. The three-story prairie-house design was built to meet the historic district requirements. Inside, the decor is anything but regulated. The downstairs area is contemporary and colorful, with hardwood floors, a black-leather couch and an armoire with red fabric facing. The three rooms are comfortable and have their own identity, offering tastes of Victorian England, Tex-Mex and Morocco.
