Delicious Cakes did my wedding cake in August and it was by far the best thing about my wedding. I had lots of detail in my cakes, and Delicious Cakes made it all come to life! I was shocked to read the other comments about their mishaps because If anyone's cakes should have been messed up, it should have been mine. (because of all the details and things). I just made sure to call them a couple days before, which any bride should do before their wedding (with every vendor), and went over my order. Because I knew that I came in months in advance to taste the cakes, and I understood that after all that time, even I forgot every detail of my order. So I believe if you want everything to go right in your wedding or even birthday experience... make sure you firm up your orders with all your vendors beforehand. Just to make sure everyone is on the same page. Just for the record though, Delicious Cakes of Lewisville did a fantastic job for my special day! Thanks Ya'll!

We ordered a wedding cake and grooms cake from the lewisville location 4 months before our wedding. My husband is an Army Veteran, he just came home from over seas a few months before our wedding. The grooms cake was the only thing he was not only excited about but very detialed with. The lewisville location did not get the cake right at all. The taste test we went to and painstacingly chose our frosting and cake choices was evadently a waste of time. We chose milk chocolate frosting with a basket weave and we got fudge frosting with NO basket weave. His cake was also to have "Home of the Free because of the Brave" written on top of the bottom layer- that was not there!! I asked the bakery to call me if my florist did not bring flowers by friday evening for our cake that was to be delievered on Saturday they never called- the Wedding cake had no flowers b/c they failed to call their customer back. The next week we called to find out what happend. The owner took almost 2 weeks to call us back with any information. That is rediculious. The cakes tasted ok- they would have tasted great had they put the correct frosting on the cake. It was Not what we ordered and paid for. Becare!! We aren't the first this has happend to.
