We'd love to make amends for our botched chance to serve you. We don't expect you to spend a dime with us after the experience you suffered, but we would like to offer you our apologies and a token of our appreciation for your willingness to tell us about our failure (so we can fix it). We look forward to hearing from you.
Don't seem to want your business.
Friends of friends recommended them along with Starpower so I called both for an in-home consultation. They guy at Kellum didn't call when he said he would and did not show when he said he would. In fact, he never showed. I called him back and left a message with my name and number. No response. Starpower answered the call, showed up at the appointed time and generally followed through. I was very surprised by the lack of responsiveness from Kellum, given that they have been in business for a long time.
