In Short – Located just north of the SMU campus in University Park, Bubba's is a neighborhood favorite for both great fried chicken and their legendary breakfasts. Inside the red and silver diner-style showroom, Park Cities families and college students order from a number of combination meals including fried and grilled chicken with sides of green beans, mashed potatoes and cole slaw while breakfast combos feature scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and fluffy pancakes.

The Extras:: Make sure to order an extra roll or two with your meal and get an extra side of the special gravy.
Parking:: Parking around Bubba's is sparse, so consider the Snider Plaza lot just down the street.

best grilled chicken tenders and rolls

i LOVE their grilled chicken tenders and mashed potatoes with green beans on the side. their rolls are delicious as well!! nothing beats bubba's on a sunday after church. parking isn't that great and their is usually always a long line in the drive thru...but good things, especially bubba's food' are worth waiting for. a little pricey but you know that by the area you are in. totally worth it though!
