Not run like a business. Don't bother sending an e-mail because no one ever responds to these.

I sent at least two e-mail regarding an advertised item, spoke with two separate individuals and ordered an item, leaving credit card details, e-mail address, phone numbers, and mailing address. No one called and nothing showed up. Upon calling again, I was told the item sold "during the holidays", despite having received confirmation during one of my calls that the item was in the gallery and available.
