Jenna is the BEST colorist! Her highlights are amazing and perfect. She knows what looks great and makes sure to not damage your hair. I love that I can sit in her chair and never have to worry. I will never ever go to anyone else! If you need awesome color, call this salon and ask for Jenna. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Great Experience. I went to the Snider Plaza location yesterday for the first time, and I was very pleased with the salon. I was really nervous initially, because I had a really bad color experience a year or so ago, which had left my hair very damaged. My worrying was silly, because Jenna did an awesome job! I got a full blonde highlight, and I have no complaints at all. She was very sweet and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. My color looks great, Jenna was a doll & fun to talk to, the staff was friendly & accomodating, and the salon was attractive and clean. They just made a "regular" out of me.....I'm definitely going back!

Best Salon in Dallas. I am new to Dallas I have been to Osgood Salon twice and loved the hair cut each time. My daughter has gone and had a haircut which was wonderful. The staff is so friendly, and Pam the person that cut our hair is wonderful. She listens to what you you would like, and is so talented and experienced in cutting hair, she explains everything she is going to do. I will continue to go back and would recommend this salon to everyone. I have found my salon home for Dallas.

Worth flying for!!!. Osgood-O'Neil Salon is the best! I fly in from Denver every few months just to get my hair cut and colored. Molly is an artist with colors and Mike has been cutting my hair for 11 years. I have difficult hair and I won't let anyone else touch it. The salon is fun and upscale but everyone is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accomodate my needs. Love this place!!!!!

Bad Color Job!. Just made my another trip back to the Snider Plaza location. I had my hair highlighted and colored there for the second time this week. Lou was my colorist and was recommended by the appointment desk. The first time was not at all satisfactory and the the second time was worse. I don't think she really listened to what I wanted and didn't offer for me to show her magazine photos to make sure we were on the same page. Will never use her or that particular location again.

Best Salon in Dallas. I've been to other upscale salons (like Matthew Tully and Richard Haylor) and Osgood-O'Neil tops them all! The entire salon staff is down-to-earth, genuine and very classy. No "too cool for school" folks here.

I just had a cut (no color). Elaine O'Neil fixed a previous haircut disaster. I really appreciated her candor in telling me what I needed, but without being pretentious or admonishing me for letting someone at a mall salon touch my hair.

I will definitely be going back. After a seemingly endless search, I think I found a salon I can stick with.

One of the best Salons and extremely professional and friendly staff.. I went in for a hair cut, color and makeup. I live 2 hours away and I got a little lost on my way over to the salon and I arrived about 30 minutes late to my appointment.

Unfortunately the person who was going to cut my hair was already cutting someone elses hair and everything went completely off track.

Even though it was my fault everyone who worked there was extremely nice and apologetic. They tried everything they could to work me into their very busy schedule and finally sent me to their location on KNOX St. to get my hair cut.

The man who cut my hair named Colby gave me the best haircut I have ever been given. He even styled my hair, although I really didn't like the style, I loved the cut.

Next I went back to the Salon at Snider Plaza and they tried everything they could to fit me in for a cut. Unfortunately the very nice and attentive girl at the front desk could not fit me into the schedule. So I made another appointment for next week and I will update with how my next appointment turns out.

The environment is very high class, but don't worry the staff is very nice, friendly and professional. Most of the customers that were there that day were snotty and very possibly rich people. Only an elderly lady was very nice with me. If you are intimidated by that type of environment then you might feel awkward when you go, but if you want one of the best Hair Salons then Osgood O'neil is it.

wonderful experience. I visited the salon while in Dallas on business. I was completely impressed and very satisfied. I had a very young and adorable assistant who really made my visit. Katie Marley was professional and very entertaining. She is a perfect example of the upscale and classy salon. When I return I most definantely will make sure she is assisting again. Katie is not only beautiful, capable and charming she is so mature for her age. The rest of the staff was helpfull and very attentive. I was treated very well and can not recomend this salon enough.

Love. I've been to several salons, but at Osgood Oneil I found a very friendly and knowledgable staff. I always look forward to getting my hair done; Finally- a place where I can trust ppl to do my hair! I love it!
