Great Experience. I went to the Snider Plaza location yesterday for the first time, and I was very pleased with the salon. I was really nervous initially, because I had a really bad color experience a year or so ago, which had left my hair very damaged. My worrying was silly, because Jenna did an awesome job! I got a full blonde highlight, and I have no complaints at all. She was very sweet and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. My color looks great, Jenna was a doll & fun to talk to, the staff was friendly & accomodating, and the salon was attractive and clean. They just made a "regular" out of me.....I'm definitely going back!…

Best Salon in Dallas. I am new to Dallas I have been to Osgood Salon twice and loved the hair cut each time. My daughter has gone and had a haircut which was wonderful. The staff is so friendly, and Pam the person that cut our hair is wonderful. She listens to what you you would like, and is so talented and experienced in cutting hair, she explains everything she is going to do. I will continue to go back and would recommend this salon to everyone. I have found my salon home for Dallas.…
Worth flying for!!!. Osgood-O'Neil Salon is the best! I fly in from Denver every few months just to get my hair cut and colored. Molly is an artist with colors and Mike has been cutting my hair for 11 years. I have difficult hair and I won't let anyone else touch it. The salon is fun and upscale but everyone is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accomodate my needs. Love this place!!!!!…
Bad Color Job!. Just made my another trip back to the Snider Plaza location. I had my hair highlighted and colored there for the second time this week. Lou was my colorist and was recommended by the appointment desk. The first time was not at all satisfactory and the the second time was worse. I don't think she really listened to what I wanted and didn't offer for me to show her magazine photos to make sure we were on the same page. Will never use her or that particular location again.…
