Really???. The last time I ate at Snuffer's I had a simple substitution request and the waitress instead of charging me a substitution charge, took the requested item off my plate, then charged me full price for the substitution.

When I asked about it she said she had been taught to ring it tup that way from before (she did not ask before she rung up.

The when I inquired about speaking to a manager she discouraged me saying that her manager was in a really bad mood.

Then to top it off after leaving a $6.00 tip (which was more than 20%) the waitress changed the credit card slip to reflect her $16.00 tip.

This kind of business practice shouldn't be tolerated anywhere period.

If you have Gina as a waitress check your receipt.

Great Restaurant Great People. Shae our server made our Snuffer's dinner. A very professional, courteous and caring server. Thanks Shae and Thanks Snuffer's for a great evening.

Dine here ONLY if you want to be ignored.. I visited with a friend in a wheel chair. The service couldn't have been more insulting if he was invisible. I WAS a requent customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I RETURN.

Really great burgers and Excellent service too!. We went to Snuffer's for the first time this past Saturday for lunch. Being new to TX we rely on family and CitySearch to find good restaurants. My family was right about this one. The burger was excellent and was served EXACTLY the way I asked, even with all my changes. It was pretty greasy, but I think that's why they taste so good. I didn't care for the fries. They're the dark brown, greasy, squishy kind...I'm more of a McDonald's fries kind of girl, but my husband enjoyed them. The waitress recommended we order a half order, but my husband insisted on a full order which is WAY too much for 2 people. We had several people wait on us. Someone took our drink order, someone else took the food order, someone else brought the food, etc. Multiple servers results in excellent service. I can't wait to go back!

Haunted. One of the greatest things about Snuffer's is the burgers, but the original Snuffer's on greenville is haunted. Ask the help, I have seen the ghost myself. It just makes for a very interesting atmosphere. If you enjoyed your self at Snuffer's, please remember there are other locations like the one in Plano. Yes we have a Snuffer's too. I am so happy!

Overhyped... not really even average. I have been to Snuffer's 3 times. I don't understand what the commotion is about. The food is really kinda gross when you think about it. The place is very dirty. The service is very average. Just not that cool of a place.

I've had their Burgers, Fries, Cheese Fries Margaritas, Quesadillas, and Chicken Fried Steak. None of those were really any good.

I won't go back.

Great Burgers and Fires!. One of the better hamburger joints in town and now there's a new location in Southlake across from the Harkins Theater and the Cheesecake Factory. Great area for dining and shopping... a cool Apple Store nearby!

Mmmmmhhh Cheese Fries.... The original. Gotta love Snuffers, good burgers, when you ask for medium you get medium, and the best cheese fries in the world! Guaranteed to make your heart hurt! These fries are so cheesy you'll be constipated for weeks...j/k, only for a couple of days. Service is pretty good considering the price & staff. The original is the best, giving you that old skool feel, but if you make it out North try the one in McKinney off 75, they have tons of LCDs for watching the big games.

I must have gone there on a bad day..... I was expecting something unbelievable. I thought it would be a taste explosion.....NOT. The burger was underdone to the point that I wasn't even sure if the cow they got the meat from was totally dead yet. The rediculous overuse of shredded lettuce might be nice for some people but it was just messy and made my hamburger bun soggy and gross. And if that wasn't bad enough I saw three different kinds of insects crawl over my table. The famous smothered fries weren't that different from anywhere else except they were more overpriced than other places. All in all I will never eat there again, and I will never recommend anyone eat there again.
