DONT USE FOR BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL. The driver called a couple hours before our party to ask if we "still wanted a bounce house that day". Delivery was scheduled for 12:30. At 12:45, they called to say they were across town. At 1:15 (now 45 minutes late), they called to say they were STILL across town at least 40 minutes away, and now wanted directions. Needless to say, we didn't have a bounce house for our kids' birthday party and they were extremely disappointed. My husband called to speak to the manager to let them know and no one has bothered to call back. Unless your bounce house showing up is optional, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
