Most Incredible Experience!. I have had two weddings and each one was a wonderful experience with Mockingbird Bridal. The first wedding, I was mother of the groom. I was treated with the best of care as if I were the mother of the bride. I was quite impressed! My daughter's wedding was July 31, 2010. There was no question as to where we would get our gowns. Amber and Ashley knew exactly what would look and fit perfectly. Mia took care of the alterations for both weddings and there is absolutely no one better to work with on your most important dress. Our dresses were exquisite! The service was exceptional. I did not feel rushed and I truly felt they were there to please my daughter and me. I left with confidence, knowing I was with a professional who knew what they were doing and had the expertise to make our wedding all we desired. Mockingbird Florist next door did all the flowers and decorations. We were in awe over the beauty of it all. They make a perfect package, dresses, flowers, and decor. You can't go wrong. Check out both, you will be amazed.

Worked for me. Overall I'm glad I went to Mockingbird Bridal (Especially after a HORRIBLE experience at David's Bridal) but there are improvements that could be made there for sure.

But the best part about MBird Bridal is Mia, the alterations lady. She's a joy to work with and gets it right. So grateful for her! She made the experience very rewarding.

I had a great saleslady too - Jenny - she was super sweet and treated me like Pretty Woman.

MBird Bridal’s systems, shipping department and managers could use some training, upgrades and enhancements for sure...but I guess no place is perfect.

What a Wonderful Place!. Mockingbird Bridal is a great place to shop for a wedding dress. My best friend and I, each others maid of honor, both found our wedding dress here the FIRST day that we looked for THE DRESS! They have so many designers to choose from and the ladies there go out of their way to help you. Who could forget Mia, the alterations lady? She is so sweet and made my dress fit perfectly. This is the one stop shop and I would recommend it to all of my friends.

worst bridal store ever!!. they are supposed to be the gown experts, guess what? they ordered the wrong dress size!! even after alterations they couldn't fix it. Dont bother to complain because they do nothing to accommodate you for their mistakes. And you get stuck with it!!

Not worth the trip. Don't make the mistake of showing up without an appointment. They will treat you terribly. No pictures allowed either. There were many dresses to look at, but I did not find the variety to be as wide as other boutiques.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!. I made the mistake of not reading any reviews before going into this store. I'm 6 feet tall and I asked if the length of the dress was right for me considering that I was planning on wearing high heels..the sale lady said the dress was "just perfect" . They ordered the dress and when I went to pick it up, surprise surprise: The dress looks short on me. The only way the dress looks fine is if I'm barefooted.

I spoke to the manager Amber and she told me that the dress did not come in extra length and that that was the reason the dress was not order like that. They never told me that when I was ready to order dress..If they had told me I wouldn't have bought it.

Now Im stuck with a short dress and I will have to wear flat shoes. They even called me SUPERFICIAL! because I wanted to wear heels.

The manager did not do anything to help (did not admit their mistake)...she said it was my word against the sale lady.

Beautiful selection & excellent customer service. I went here to find a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. Ashley was the sales assistant helping me. She was patient and did a wonderful job assisting me with the dozens of dresses I tried on! She finally suggested this one dress and it was perfect! My sister could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this place to people who want great service and an enjoyable shopping experience!

Enchanting Experience. My experience with Mockingbird Bridal was wonderful. From the moment I made my appointment, I was given exceptional service. I drove an hour for their service and selection and I was not disappointed. Ashley helped me find the perfect dress. My wedding dress was actually one that Ashley picked out for me to try on because she thought I might like it. I loved it! She took the time to help me into each sample I tried on. She even let me take the time to show each dress to my family and suggested I try on my wedding dress twice before I made my final decision. Mia did my alterations and they were just perfect. I only had to come to the store for two fittings. Amber, the manager, even checked in on me to make sure my needs where being met at one of my fittings. It was such an enchanting experience and I am so grateful to MB for their service and expertise.

Perfect Wedding Dress!. I had been to at least 10 places in the Houston area, and all I found were a bunch of pictures of me in the wrong wedding dress. From David's Bridal, Louise Blum, Winnie Courture, Priscilla of Boston and a few others. These stores are full of beautiful dresses, but the sales staff wasn't listening to what I wasn't saying! I traveled to Dallas on advice from my best friend who had used MBB.

My personal sales consultant, Ashley, brought me all the dresses I requested, and encouraged me to try some I hadn't considered. I finally found "THE" dress after she patiently watched me go through about 50 dresses! Ashley listened to my "want list" and coached me through my decisions to help me find the perfect dress. I only had to make 2 trips for the alterations...which came out perfect! (Hurricane IKE had a different plan :( and postponed my wedding 1 year)

The person who wrote the review about getting the wrong sizes: you should have contacted MBB about your issue and given them the opportunity to make it right...

Phenominal Bridal Gowns & Staff. I got married a little over a year ago. A friend of mine wanted to know all about my dress so I told her to go to Mockingbird Bridal. She looked up the store reviews and called me. I am shocked at what I see!

First of all, when I got engaged, I immediately wanted to start shopping for dresses. I made an appointment (most serious brides know this has to be done) and went with an idea of what I wanted. I tried on several gowns with the assistance of several clerks, Jeanie, Mary O and Betty. I fell in love with one but wanted to add more to it. A few weeks later I got a call from the store letting me know that a trunk show of the designer I liked, was coming in town and I should come check out their dresses. A dress similar to what I chose was there; the dress I wanted was from the previous season. This was NO PROBLEM for the store. I decided to combine the top of one gown to the existing gown that I loved! Amber, the manager, asked the designer if this was possible, faxed over a drawing and it was done! I had a custom made gown for my big day!

Second, all of my bridesmaid's bought their gowns from Mockingbird Bridal as well. Mia, who does the alterations, was so helpful. I had one girl from out of town that Mia was willing to work on at the last minute and a briedesmaid that was very pregnant and Mia had to do all of her alterations the day before the wedding. I call that GREAT customer service and satisfaction.

Finally, Mockingbird Bridal doesn't only have bridal gowns and bridesmaid's dresses. I also got my dress for my rehearsal dinner there. There's more to this boutique than people realize!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and willing to make my gown as I visioned for my big day. My husband, along with my family and friends were astonished at how beautiful my gown was and how well it fit me.
