In Short – The castle fits 1,000 guests, who all wear paper crowns color-coded to match costumes worn by the "knights." Matches start tamely but escalate to a fight to the finish as mock knights engage in skirmishes with swords, javelins, maces and axes. A basic one-size-fits-all meal starts with a hunk of bread and a bowl of bland vegetable-rice soup. Next comes a roasted half of chicken and a single spare rib atop a baked potato half.
