I rented from them for two years I was never late on rent never gave them any problems!! I even took money out of my own pocket and make improvements to the home I was renting.After moving out they are sticking me with all of the charges that are uncalled for!! They are a scam do not rent from them

The Best Landlord In Texas. I'm a tenant from the state of pennsylvania. I have been with the owner Mr. Sparks for 11 years. He treat me as if I'm his daughter. I thank God for him and refuse to rent from anyone else.

CWS Mgmt. Have enjoyed the almost 5 yrs that I have been with C.W Sparks! Really like the kind attitude of Austin and his understanding. Very happy with how nice the homes are presented when there rented.

Recommended 4 out of 5 stars.. So worth it. I am way too tired to manage rentals anymore. Thank goodness they invented management companies. These guys here do a pretty good job of keeping renters in my Dallas homes without blowing a lot of money on needless repairs. I'd recommend them.

Excellent service, very honest, highly recommended.. Excellent service, very honest, highly recommended. This is a company not looking to grow for growths sake. They've focused on my properties like a family managed company, but have performed like a conglomerate. I'm more than pleased.
