AVOID! WORST EVER!!!. The owner (Fred) is unethical, misogynistic and failed my project in so many ways I could never list them all. I spent 10s of thousands on a bath and his incompetence and broken promises cost me dearly. He sold using fear tactics about online vendors and it turns out he is guilty of ruining my bath by ordering the wrong items, double & triple billing, being late with everything and then charging way to much for shipping... it has been months and my bath still does not work. He then stole return merchandise and never credited me the amount I was due and my phone calls remain unanswered. AVOID! Stay away from here.

Great service. Don't go anywhere else! This place has wonderful service and the best selection of hardware and plumbing products in Dallas; the prices are comparable to anything you might order online. The person with whom I worked took the time to find out where my decorating schemes were going. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a new product that was absolutely perfect.

I first purchased products from this location in 1996. I am now purchasing again in 2011. For those few people who have not had good experiences and have written non-positive review comments, I have to think that the problem is with them, not with the Nob Hill people. (and bring your nose back down to the ground, please)

Good Selection. Now that Expo is closed, Nob Hill has a good variety of hardware for the home.

Somewhat slow service, but an overall good selection. Depending on the item you order, you may pay a lot for what you get.

TERRIBLE!. Incredibly disorganized and amazingly incompetent. If you want your order to be mixed up, very late, wrong, overpriced, and a general mess, then go to Nob Hill. Otherwise, go elsewhere!

ONLY PLACE TO BUY !!!!!!!!!!. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left... this was the best experience we have ever had. Asked to specifically deal with the owner and he was pleasant, honest kind gave us different options even suggesting the lower cost way to go. (THAT NEVER HAPPENS) Everything went smooth and the follow up was amazing! I have told business acquaintances and friends about Nob Hill and I for one would never go anywhere else. If youu are looking for great service, great pricing and a place that cares about getting and keeping your business...NOB HILL is where you need to go!

Bad customer service. Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.
