Many Many thanks to the Excellent Service. I want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to JOHN EAGLE HONDA of DALLAS. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so straight forward and uncomplicated. I needed a car immediately and found several used car I liked on John Eagle Honda's website. My salesperson, Sassan Zebeti, listened to what I needed and suggested a car that would meet my needs within my budget. While that car was going through inspection I was given a loaner vehicle to drive. I received my car on Friday afternoon and left for a weekend trip out of town. While there, I noticed a sound from the transmission. I had just bought an "As IS" car and didn't know how I was going to get it repaired. I went back to John Eagle mainly just to let them know I wasn't happy but I never expected anything from them because I "knew how car dealers were". Well, I thought I knew. John Ingram, General Manager of John Eagle Honda, told me they provide nothing less than excellent customer service. They offered to fix the car, give me my money back or put the money toward a different car and gave me a loaner while I decided. I am hooked on John Eagle Honda and will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Thank you again, John Eagle Honda, Sassan Zebeti, and General Manager, John Ingram. You gave me excellent service!

Amazing!!. Buying a car can be extremely stressful and I had a lot going on, However Hal was Amazing. He worked with me over the phone listening to every detail and kept me posted with my progress. When I the time came for me to receive the car I was introduced to the Honda team. Everyone was extremely helpful and I felt like a valuable customer.
