My interaction with John Eagle Honda exceeded my expectations. When I walked on the lot, I was quickly approached by Danny Saber. He introduced himself and asked what I was looking for in a car. I was very specific in what I wanted and needed and I never felt pressured about looking into a car that was not for me. My best friend came with me because he knows a little more about cars than I do. While Danny did tell my friend about the more technical aspects of the car, he made sure to include me in every aspect of the conversation...something I didn't experience with a previous dealer when I purchased my first car over ten years ago.
There wasn't one point during my dealings with Chris that I felt he wasn't being totally honest with me. We are happy with our car and me being a huge Acura/Honda fan you can bet that my next car will be a Honda, whether its for myself or my daughter.
Jack was just great. I needed help finding my wife's mother a new car and couldn't have asked for better help, especially since I'm in Colorado and she's a native Dallasite. He took her for a test drive and delivered the car and all is well - professional, courteous and kind, what else can an out-of-towner ask for? Jack made her feel right at home and treated her as he would've treated his own mom or grand-mother. Thanks Jack!
This is not a question but more of a thank you. I came home late one night at the airport to a completely DEAD car. I had been in South America, exhausted and freezing. Battery was replaced, but had problems with the code for my audio. I drove it by John Eagle and had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon. He quickly had my problem fixed, wrote down the correct code, and also inflated my tire pressure. What a relief!
I have had the best experience with John Eagle Honda's group that I have ever had and I have been driving Honda Accords since 1989. I have bought Hondas in OKC and the Dallas metroplex and have never been treated as grand as this! They have treated me like I am family and I will send all my friends to them. I feel like I was given a very fair price for my new car and the sales and service group are top notch. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Honda and John Eagle Honda of Dallas!

Overall the experience was great! My husband and I knew what we wanted and didn't want to go back and forth for hours on end and the salesperson we worked with understood that.
Everyone you meet is friendly. I can't wait to buy another car. But it is a Honda. So I will not have to do so for quite some time.
I had an excellent buying experience. The sales staff worked to get me the car I wanted on a very short time schedule as I was out of town, replacing a car for my son. Did the whole deal via internet and phone and picked up the car 45 minutes after my plane landed. They also stayed until the last moment on a Saturday evening working around my schedule. Can't say enough.
