Very Poor Service!!
I had excellent service when I went to Into The Garden in Dallas. The Manager Don was extremely helpful.
The furniture was delivered in a very timely manner but was damaged. Several of the chairs were worn & had gashes so deep that you could see the base of the silver metal.
There were also scratches throughout all the chairs (ex. arm rest, legs of chairs.)
The cast iron table and cushions were in good condition as expected.
I asked to return the chairs for new ones but was only given the option to have them touched up with paint.
For the cost of these items ($400 each) this is unacceptable!! When you order new furniture you should get new furniture....
Be very careful, as the store location is extremely helpful and great but you items may not

Very Helpful and Friendly Folks. First went to Into The Garden because we had to acquire additional patio sets to match other sets for business. Staff was friendly and when they couldn't find record of previous transactions, were able to identify the furniture immediately from a pic I took with my phone!! Haven't recieved the merch yet but am hopeful that it will go smoothly...
Poor Customer Service. High Prices. Stay Away.. I ordered patio furniture and, after correcting all the mistakes in the bill (which would have amounted to an $800 overcharge), the order arrived four months later than promised. The wrong type of umbrella stand was ordered and I was promised a replacement. That was over seven months ago, but I haven't received it yet. Poor customer service. High prices. Stay away.
