Lighting GalleryImpressed with their Excellent Customer Service!. I rarely get online and take the time to write a review, however, I felt the need after my wonderful experience at this store. I stopped in today with my 7 month old and asked if someone could help me fix an old but favorite lamp of mine. The manger there asked if I could spare a few minutes and wait and he would fix it for me. About 5 minutes later he was finished, my lamp was good as new, and he did not charge me a thing! He also carried it out to my car for me. I am very impressed with how friendly and helpful he was. Their lighting selection was also impressive! Five stars all the way...
dont order anything from here. I special ordered light bulbs from this store and was told it would take a week or two. 2 weeks passed nothing 4 weeks.. nothing. I kept getting a response that it will be there next week and to come back. after 2 months i asked for my money back and they refused to give me cash back even though i still had my receipt. they said they would mail it back to me which i have never recieved and probably will not ever get. they wasted months of my time and took my money and i never got the lightbulbs i ordered.
Consumer Complaint filed with Texas Attorney General?s Office. A ceiling fan was purchased as a house warming gift on December 16, 2008 through the Lighting Gallery at 7807 Inwood Road in Dallas via their website. After two weeks I tried to register an account on their website to track my order, but this page did not work. I then emailed them to include my order number and item description as instructed, but never received that promised ?quick and concise response.? In fact, I am yet to receive any response. I have also made numerous calls and left several voicemails to no avail. To date, they have the money and I having nothing. Despite their Website claims to be a family business that ?strives for ?100% 5 star feedback? and provides ?email support to all of our customers? you will be ignored. And to any potential customers who might doubt my words, I suggest dialing 214-353-9112. Finally, I filed a formal consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General?s Office.
