Friendliest service I've encountered in a while. I have been a loyal Merle Norman client all my life, being that my grandmother was a retailer for over 30 years. I arrived at this location just as the sales associate was turning the key to lock up for the night. I asked what the regular hours were, and she politely asked if I needed to get something right then and offered to open up for me. Not only did I get exactly what I needed, but I never once felt rushed even though I know I made her stay later than usual. I only wish I had gotten her name to properly thank her properly!
