For a budding begginer excellant choices. My first impression with Dave Anderson's Shops was not good. At times the stores are understaffed to speak to everyone in store, so if you go into the stores before 4: oo PM you will have a better chance of having a good relationship with the sales force. The stores do have layaway, the prices are near or below what you would expect to pay from an online catalog store, and the used equipment is priced fairly.…
Talk straight.... didn't over-sell.
These guys are great! It was actuall a fluke because I went to the shop next door that happened to close down. I went in looking for a beginning guitar - never played before in my life. These guys
talked straight (didn't try to over-sell on someone that didn't know a thing about guitar). They started all the way from the bottom giving me Pros and Cons for each category and really gave me the flexibility to choose my price range.
I wanted a guitar that sounded good (so I'd be exicted to play) and one that I would keep even after I learned more than just a few chords. The salesperson showed me a good looking used guitar and gladly played it so I could hear the sound. It was a great deal at $220 and I love it! A month later I know 2 (3-chord) songs and signed up for group lessons! Next time I go looking for another guitar, I'll go back to Zoo Music.... even though the drive is over 20 miles away! Great selection! Guys know their guitars.…
Great Guy's to buy from. I went in to buy one guitar and ended up buying two. Great prices and a great people to deal with. Go there and you will come out smiling.
