Did not stand by there product.
I have spent over a year with a faulty aquarium. The hood plug-in transformer failed within 2 months (which melted and could have caused a fire) this problem happens every 3 to six weeks. I've been
through 3 complete hoods and 3 light fixtures. Now I come in and the Tank has leaked 20 gal. on the up-stairs floor. I returned the the aquarium and the owner offered ma a whopping $ 50.00 store credit. I have a orig. receipt that shows I paid $320.00. I told him he needed the money more than I did.
Not a good experience. I WILL NOT buy from this store again.…
Worst Dog Grooming "Services", Poor Management.
I took my pomeranian in to get his nails cut, his anal glands expressed, and just the hair on his rear end cut. I went through this with the people at the desk. When I returned 4 hours later there
was a completely different dog with all his hair cut off waiting for me.
When I told the owner what I wanted he flat out said "No, this is what we always do." He even tried to tell me that they didn't even cut the dogs hair. He was extremely rude and he actually walked away from me in the middle of a conversation.
I left the store and decided to call back and tell them I expect a refund and he simply said "No, we won't do that" and he hung up on me.
This is the worst service I have ever received at a dog groomers and I wouldn't wish this "service" on anyone.
Think twice before taking your dog here!…
EXTREMELY disappointed.. I bought an English budgie for my 10-year old son at this store on December 26, and he died yesterday, exactly one week later. The store has offered to get me another budgie when one becomes available, but they refuse to give me a refund. They're telling me that the bird was "fine" when I took him home, and that he had been eating and drinking. I was made to feel as if *I* did something wrong. The owner then informed me that he should have been eating the same type of food they had been feeding him in the store. I was NOT given this information when I purchased the bird. All in all, I am not at all happy with this store. I spent $136 total on the bird, a cage, and toys, yet they are unwilling to refund me the $40 cost of the bird or give me a store credit. They want to give me another bird, when frankly, I don't have much confidence in any other bird I would get from them.…
prices. good fish inventory and the people where ok,but the prices whoa nelly,even items you can find readly elsewhere were overpriced,very clean organized
need customer service badly. was told completely different information by 2 different people within minutes, the second person i spoke with told me to go ahead and do what the first said. i ended up purchasing something only to find out later that it was overpriced by 50% and that it was not what i needed but that the company makes a similiar item that would have been perfect for me. there is a reason there are no cash refunds, only store credit. i am extremely dissapointed and would only consider going back because of the nice seclection of aquatic plants. the fish selection is alright, theyre healthy and have a few rare types.…
