Definitely the best vitamin store I've been to in Dallas. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they had exactly what I was looking for. This is my new one stop shop!
Best Supplement Store in Dallas. The staff is friendly and they all know a lot about which vitamins really help. The store is not part of a big chain but their prices were comparable to Whole Foods and Sprouts and their sale items were cheaper than I've seen anywhere else for the best brands.
Best Service. I shop at Sundrops at least once a month and always find their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. You can also get a great deal by shopping on the first Saturday of each month when they run most items 25%off.
Great information & personal service. If you are looking for a place to get lots of great information specific to your concerns, Sundrops Vitamins is the place to shop. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by one of their helpful and knowledgeable staff who will happily guide you through the store answering your questions and helping you find the best products for your needs. I found the prices to be competitive with the other stores in the area but the service was much more personalized.
Sundrops is a very nice store. I'm really surprised to find such an ugly review about Sundrops. I've been going there for about 15 years and have found that they been very accommodating to me with special orders and very generous with their information, of which they have a lot. The owner is a real treasure trove of information and I'm not the only one who thinks so. They have at least as good prices overall as Wholefoods, and often a lot better. I shop their 25% off sale once a month and that's a really good savings. I don't think that the store could have done well for the last 30 years if the owner was actually rude to his customers. I and many others have found just the opposite.
Avoid like the Plague.
The owner/manager with the glasses was extremely rude both to me and to other customers.
Bought an expensive bottle of multi vitamins and they were out of date.
Manager said, when I was asking about expensive multi vitamins, that he didn't work for free and wasn't giving me any information. Go to whole foods...they're much nicer and less expensive...avoid this place like the plague
