Thank you. Thank you! You have the best bridal shop in Dallas and you are the nicest, most friendliest group of people. Each time I stepped into the store, I was always greeted with a chorus of smiles and hellos, no matter how busy you might be. You have a fabulous selection of dresses and a wealth of knowledge and ideas for each one. Thank you for your advice during this past year. You are the best in Dallas (as well as Atlanta and D.C. – I looked there as well) and I’ll proudly share that information with anyone who asks. Truly a blessing. I would like to say thank you for the help you gave me last Saturday. You were truly a blessing to have there as I was looking for my perfect dress. You made my mother, my friend, and myself feel at home and welcomed and I appreciate that. I can’t tell you how excited I am with my decision. I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in my dress. I'm forever grateful. Where to begin with all the thank you’s?! From helping me find my perfect dress to your patience, kindness, and support in the months following, you and the other girls were so wonderful! Truth be known, I miss having a reason to call you all. However, I’m grateful to have a reason to come by the next time I’m in Dallas as I must bring a picture of the final product. Nice experience. Although I did not purchase a gown here, my appointment went well. The sales associate was polite and seemed to take an interest in her bride. They do have some beautiful gowns, but I found the selection to be small.

Wonderful Service, nice employees. Our experience at Patsy's was wonderful. They made a last minute appointment for us when my mother and sister got flights to help me dress shop. Torie listened to what we liked and disliked about gowns and brought out several we had looked over at the beginning. She also did a wonderful job of explaining fabrics, designers, and pairing veils and accessories with the dresses. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
