noisy & good people watching. Not the best steak I have had in Dallas... the prime rib was way "too prime" and this cow was definitely not on a low-fat diet with the ridiculous swirls of fat and small areas of actual edible meat... maybe some people prefer their steak like this but I have some manageable curves that I plan to keep in check! It is worth checking out just for the simple people watching of rich Dallas peeps like Jerry Jones and the Cowboys crew who get their own section and Al Biernat himself that is often present greeting guests.

It can get quite loud but most steak places get into the higher decibels, right? Big groups and bigger tabs on corporate dollars with all you can eat greedies and booze... nice night.. now if I can just get over to that table!!!!

Do ya like grazing and swimming animals?. This is a relaxed biz-casual steakhouse favorite of mine. It has a Mediterranean setting that my wife and I are always pleased to visit. More than the creatures that go “Moo” it also has popular swimming and flying animals cooked up just right (yes, non-beef entrees that are very tasty). AB's serves wonderful Pan Seared Sea Bass over the best Lobster Risotto I've ever had. The Australian Cold Water Lobster Tail, the Colorado Lamb Chops and the Elk Filet make my mouth water just thinking about em.

It's not super quiet like some dead library, because Dallasite business folk keep flocking to this place. Why?

Well their beef is from Allen brothers and is grain-fed, Prime Rated (it’s among the top 2% of all beef sold in the USA).. yup, coming from the best Midwest beef purveyors in the nation. And there are two steaks provided exclusively for Al Biernat's alone from Allen Brothers: 1) The dry-aged bone-in NY strip and, 2) The dry-aged bone-in filet.

Wet-aged beef is by far more prevalent in the Big D these days. There’s more involved with dry-aged beef-prep but the flavor seems to be more concentrated. AB’s service, atmosphere and quality of cuisine are uber-superb! Please try their Veal Osso Bucco if you get a chance. Al and Brad have become our personal friends over the years. They and their team are polished, gracious and have integrity as hands-on professionals—they really know what they're doing. This place is truly EXCELLENT with a capital E. Enjoy! @kurtwvs

delicious brunch menu. My husband & I went to Sunday Brunch for our anniversary & it was a real treat. The service was amazing. The food was so flavorful & my husband is a chef so he is extremely picky. The experience overall was one to remember.
