LOVE IT. I love OJEDAS!! I have been eating there for years, and I always get there enchiladas :] The staff is great and service is nice and quick. I always get my food right away while it's still hot. I love this family restaurant and you will too!!

They've lost their focus. I've been here a number of times over several years, and with each succeeding visit my experience has diminished. First the margaritas: there's barely a hint of tequila in the house rita, and the so-called large for seven bucks is only about 14oz. Upon questioning, the waiter of course tries to sell the Gold variety for several dollars more. How about just putting some tequila in the drink to begin with?

Chile Relleno? Ws breaded with crumbs and prepared ahead of time rather than coated in the traditional egg batter and fried upon order. And they used an Anaheim instead of a Poblano. All in all a poor attempt at a relleno. I do better at home.

Maybe this passes muster with some locals, but Ojeda's either needs to get their stuff together and return to what built their (now over-rated) reputation or be prepared to fold their tent.

There is better....... I do not understand the great reviews. We went here based on the positive feedback on this site, but I am convinced that each was posted by an employee or friend. Food is very (very) bland and was not prepared fresh. It took two minutes at most to get the food on the table after ordering, which means it was sitting in back under a warmer or something. I like local joints, and I like cheap, but I do not like or recommend Ojeda's simply based on taste.

Go for the cheese.. Hello, all. This is my first post, so it may be scattered. :) I actually live in Dallas, and have spent most of my life within a mile of this restaurant. I have to say, as a native, you can find better. The restaurant has it's strong suits. It's family owned, so the service is top notch. Friendly, professional, and quick. And this may sound absurd, but for me, it's the CHEESE. This place has fantastic cheese. If you are craving nachos, this is the place. On the negative, their combinations are kind of weird, as in, I can rarely find a combination that sounds good. There was a comment a few down that says that the salsa is heavy on vinegar. Just so you know, they have a secret. Ask for the mild salsa. They only give it upon request, and it tastes so much better, and doesn't have the "vinegar" and "my-mouth-is-gonna-catch-fire" feeling. Honestly, the food here is average. I can name three restaurants within a mile or two that are better.
