Oh My Goodness!!!!!!!!!. Where to begin? Over the past several years I have used All Occassions and have had great success up until this year. I ordered flowers 2 weeks BEFORE Valentines for the girls in my office and they arrived the day after only then when I called complaining. Not only did I not get a call from a manager or owner but I did not receive a discount either. I understand that businesses have bad days so I tried them again this past week for a funeral. I called on Tuesday and placed the order with instructions to be delievered on Thursday by 3:00 for the family viewing. Not only did they not get there by then but were not delievered until after 7:00. When placing a call to the office the next morning I was told by the manager that the owner would return my call but again no phone call. Someone has to held accountable for such failure. This is not the way to run a business. It is no wonder that they are failing. Imagine if we all ran our business like them. Poor poor customer service. Never again...............…

Used to be great...Not now. I have used this forist for numerous years and occassions, they WERE great. The past year and half they have failed miserably. Each time I have used them, I keep thinking it is just a one time error...not anymore...I had flowers sent to a funeral...they arrived 3 hours late. I will never use them again.…

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE....HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I STRONGLY agree with the user cjtibbs, this palce should be put out of business. I placed my order Feb. 8, Feb. 14 came around NO FLOWERS!! NO CALL!! NOTHING!! So I called them, their phone just rings and then it goes straight to a disconnect busy signal. I even drove there before they closed no one was there, such a waist of my time and money. I've refused charges with my bank and will never use them again. They will ruin your Valentines -Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!…

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I would strongly recommend not using this place. It is so bad I am filing a complaint with the BBB (and writing reviews on websites like this). I placed an order to be delivered 4 days in advance. Not only did they not even attempt to deliver the arrangement they didn't even call to let me know they would not be delivering it. The order still hasn't arrived. The phone is either busy or they let it ring then pick up the phone and hang up. This has been going on for 2 days. Furthermore I am telling my credit card company to refuse the charges. Go someplace else!…
