While nice people they have no clue as to how an HOA should be managed. They do not keep up with payments, repairs, etc.

I would not use them.

Perry Guest Company recommended and helped me with the purchase of a condo 21/2 years ago. This was done with friendliness and professionalism. The company also manages the HOA for this property with no issues to my knowledge.

Bad Service

Our HOA used this company and they were always late with information, never had any idea as to what was going on. I would NEVER recommend them.

Run and Run FAST....This Company is BAD news

I agree with the other posting. If you hire this company you need to hire an attorny too. Glenda Guest is gossip control. She does nothing but spread gossip and lie. Our property fired them because she could not tell the truth about anything. One lie after another.
