As a long time patron of salon three thirty I am always satisfied with not only my hair, but also the general service I receive. I feel like the most important person every time I am there. I am greeted promptly and taken care of throughout my visit. There is excellent energy and communication at the salon. My hair always looks fabulous when I leave, and it stays looking fabulous. I am extremely loyal to my colorist and stylist, however, when I forget to book an appointment ahead of time and find myself unable to get in, I have been recommended to other stylists at the salon. I am satisfied with every stylist that has done my hair. I honestly don't think salon three thirty has anything less than the best!

I visited Salon 330 twice after my regular stylist left Dallas for the wilds of Arizona. I’m a believer in going twice as the first time you might not get the communication exactly right between you but by the end of the second visit kinks should be worked out. Both times I left disappointed. I have curly hair. I like minimum fuss, and a low maintenance style. I do not have an hour to spend on my hair every morning blowing it out. I explained all of this to my stylist Cristian. He didn’t quite get it the first time, but I decided I’d give him another shot, and on my second visit he asked me did I style my hair much between visits (!!!)– low maintenance – remember! Then he told me he didn’t have much experience with curly hair… Not what you want to hear when you're the one with curly hair. Another problem was that 4 weeks after my cut I was looking horrendous. No shape or style about my hair. Just a shag carpet on my head. Usually I can go 6-8 weeks between cuts. So I’ve decided to venture elsewhere and hope for a little more care and consideration!

Cons: Unhappy with my haircut
