Glass Cars has been in business since 1970. They have been doing both our car and our truck mechanical and body work perfectly for many years. The owner is honest. The people that work there are professional and always polite.

best repair shop. I had a wiring mess with my 1969 VW bettle that several

places tried to repair with no luck. I took my car to Glass Cars and Jim knew right where the problem was. In less than an hour it was fixed along with a bumper alginment. Everyone was so friendly. I'll be back with my Chevrolet truck next.

Best VW Repair in Town. Jim Glass and his folks at Glass Cars are the best VW repair guys around. I took my 08 Beetle in for a new headlight. Usual cost at the dealer is $200, Jim charged me $51. I have a 74 Karman Ghia that I bought new . Since it is the last one made I decided to keep it. Jim does all the routine maintenance at a very reasonable price. Honest as the day is long. You can't go wrong.

Next best to Dads help. Are you a woman with little mechanical knowledge that hates to walk in to an auto service place to be taken advantage of? Well I have found the place for you to go!

Talk to Jim and he will be honest with you and provide you with the least expensive option. He will advise you more like your own Dad would because he really cares about you and your car. He is not only about making money but serving the customer with integrity. He will make you feel at ease even with the dumbest question.

Fantastic service, honest mechanics. Speak with Jim about your repair and maintenance needs. They'll work with you and your budget, are honest and do what's necessary to get your car running smoothly on the road. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Glass Cars is Great!. Glass Cars has been my "go to" place for everything automotive for many years. From a simple oil change to a full brake job to body work; they are reasonable, reliable and thorough. Jim and Terry always lay out the issues, give me my options, complete the work, and go over the repairs with me. Auto repair you can always trust. Customer service you'll crave.

Best Body Shop in Dallas. After taking my car to Service King for an estimate due to a fender bender (literally), I googled "body shops dallas" and found Glass Cars. Since I live in the neighborhood I decided to swing by for an estimate. They came in much lower than Service King, and I felt as if I was getting personal service from them vs. the cattle call method of Service King.

I called later that day and booked an appointment for the next. The owner, Jim Hanks, got me checked in that morning, and then kept me apprised throughout the repair process. Not only did they finish the job a day early, Jim discounted the work and buffed out additional scratches in a totally different area of the car from the repair site. When I went to pick my car up, I was in and out of his shop in less than five minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Now that I know they are a full-service auto repair shop, I will be returning for all future service needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Stop by and see Jim the next time your auto is need of service or body repair and I promise, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Excellent service!. I highly recommend them! Glass cars had excellent customer service and made everything hassle free. Jim, the owner, always kept me updated on the progress of my car. They did a great job and for a great price too. Being family owned really gives it that personal touch. I will definitely go back to Glass Cars when/if my car needs any more work!

GREAT ATTENTION AND SERVICE FOR YOU AUTOS !. I have been a customer at Glass Cars for 20 to 25 years. They have done body work and maintenance service for my cars as well as the cars for my family. We have always been pleased with the work and consider the pricing to be fair. It's a good company.
