Bachman guns are rude.. Well , like the other honest reviews on here, they are RUDE. You luck if they acknowledge you when you walk in. The only reason I've been in there is the prices are pretty good. I don't know why you can't have good prices and customer service. But here lately I think customer service is GONE, not just in gun sales but EVERYTHING. That's my spill..

Rude and poor service. I have been in the gun business one way or another for over 40 years. I also buy from Bachman time to time. Price is right BUT if that FAT BASSXX is the one to wate on you, you are in trouble. Some day someone will make him eat the gun. Please get rid of that BIG FAT SOB.

Bachman is still # 1. well we have 5 so called bad reviews? i have been doing business with bachman for at least 25 years and has always been treated very great. i was in the retail business for 28 years or more. and let me tell you that you cant please everyone.you can treat them like kings and still cant win. bachman does not give out lolli-pops. they sell guns. and cheaper than any one else.. you have to have current information to buy a gun its the law. and the waiting time is not their fault. i have seen it take 2 minutes to 30 minutes according if you are at a gun show or a strange or to common name. but ask your self how many people do they make happy they sell alot of guns. i wish i made 350.00 dollars every 15 minutes.maybe the people complaining were having a bad day..............mike

Bad rap, good shop. These guys are known for bad customer service. A friend of mine tried to buy a desert eagle 50 calibur and they were rude due to a discrepancy with his checking account and DL address. My experience however has been positive when I have shopped there. If you know what you want and are somewhat knowledgeable these guys will help you and show you whatever you want. Their prices are great and selection is very good. They beat Rays sporting goods in price but not customer service. I'd shop both if you are looking for a new gun.

Very Poor Customer Service. These guys must be rich because they didn't want my $2400. The salesman was more concerned with finishing his Dr. Pepper than taking my cash. My first negative experience was last year at the Houston gunshow where I tried to purchase a handgun and the salesman was very rude. Big fat guy with a chip on his shoulder. I thought it was an isolated incident and at this weeks gunshow they did have both models in stock that I wanted. I patiently waited in line and when it was my turn the salesman took my ID and I waited for my paperwork. What a bunch of slow pokes. After 15 minutes I was frustrated and walked over to gunzone and they had me done in 5 minutes. They have good selection, but the salesmans that I dealt with were very low class. I won't do business with them in the future.

Don't expect friendly service.. I tried to buy a gun from them for 8500.00 yes $8500.00 and the salesperson was so arrogant and apathetic that I bought it from acusport for $8850.00 instead. I've been in the gun business for 15 years and have owned 2 pawnshops for 12 years and I'm a pretty nice guy. I can't, for the life of me figure out why they were such pricks especially when I was trying to buy a firearm from them for $8500.00!! It just doesn't make any sense. I’m a relatively intelligent person, and I know the gun business pretty well, it’s not like I was asking a bunch of stupid meaningless questions I just wanted to ask a few simple questions before I sent them a money order for 8500.00. I think most people can relate with that. I even tried to call them back to finish the deal but when I tried to tell the "manager" that I had had a problem with one of his sales people, because I thought he might want to know, he blew up at me mid sentence and said "I don't have time for this shi...crap! If you don't like the way we do things go somewhere else!" So I did. I told him thank you I guess I will. I admit I didn't expect that. I'm pretty sure I've ordered guns from them before but I will never do it again. It takes a man to have a little patience, to be friendly when he has been having a bad day. It only takes an idiot to be a whiny, temper tantrum having, impatient, bitch. I hope these pricks learn how to man up a little.
