Brides beware! My husband and I purchased a lasso for $65 from Martha's Bridal in May of 2012. At our rehearsal, it broke in the Deacon's hands as he was gently lifting it out of the box. On the morning of our wedding, my husband went to Martha's Bridal and bought a new one for $95. The woman working told him to bring back the broken lasso after the wedding and she would give us our money back. However, when we returned after our wedding, the same woman refused to honor her word. She would not give us the refund she promised. She was very rude to us. She then took our receipt and went in to the back room of the store and never came back out. We waited 20 minutes and she never came back to speak with us or help us. There was nothing we could do, so we took the broken lasso and went home. We also ordered and paid for a pen from Martha's. The pen cost $25 and was for our guests to sign our guestbook. The pen was not ready on time and when we finally got it, it did not write. They are very rude, dishonest, and they sell very low quality merchandise.

Disappointed Customer. I did not receive good customer service from Martha's Bridal. I am African American, and feel that Martha caters more to the Hispanic culture. She would not even come out of her office to speak to us, and I have done business with her more than once. I would also see how she would make herself available for certain customers. You do not get this kind of treatment at a store such as David's Bridal.
