Lone start towing

They tow my tractor/trailer said I was ilegal parking but was no true cost me $1,300. for get back both, be carefull with this company.woundering if somebody can do something and stop them, they can't towing cars,truck,etc... just because they want somebody should do something.

Don't Worry About These Creeps Anymore

They just had their license revoked for scamming tows at Fair Park. At the OU Game, they had guys in orange vests directing people to park in specific areas. Then they would go back and tow the car for parking on private property.

• Pros: They're out of business.
• Cons: They're racketeers.

CITY OF DALLAS INVESTIGATING LONE STAR AUTO SERVICE

Page 6B of the DMN on October 14, 2008, talks about how Lone Star scammed a bunch of people who went to the State Fair of Texas this weekend.

Apparently Lone Star offered paid parking to fair goers in lots near the Cotton Bowl. Once the lots were filled and people were in the fairgrounds, Lone Star posted "No Parking" signs and towed all the cars. Then charged them $200 to get their cars back. Victims had to wait hours in line to get their cars from Lone Star Auto. They said Lone Star towed so many cars the line to get their cars back snaked around the block. This Lone Star Auto Service is a real dirty outfit.
