YOU'LL ALWAYS BE BACK FOR THIS BURGER. I RECOMMEND WINGFIELD'S BURGERS FOR ALL BURGER LOVERS. WE DROVE FROM FORT WORTH ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS BECAUSE IT'S WORTH THE MONEY. AND IT IS A VERY TASTEFUL BURGER, TRY ONE YOU'LL BE BACK. ON MY WAY BACK TODAY

Best Burger in Texas. Make sure you call in your order...There is no place to really sit.....but wow I drove people from far North of Dallas to get this burger.....heck it is good cold........Fat pieces of Beacon......think seasoned meat....Just a down right good burger

FOR YOU BURGER LOVERS.. THIS PLACE WAS REALLY GOOD. MY BABE AND I WENT HERE THIS SAT. ON 3/15/09. ONCE WE PULLED UP WE ACTUALLY WAS GOING TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY WERE SO CROWDED SO WE DECIDED TO CALL THEM FROM MY CELL PHONE AND PLACED OUR ORDER. IT TOOK MAYBE 20 MINS BUT THE LADY THERE WAS VERY NICE. WE BOTH ORDER THE BACON CHESSEBURGER AND FINISHED IT ALL. LOL BUT I THINK IM GOING FOR MAYBE THE DOUBLE NEXT TIME AND CANT WAIT. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL YOU BURGER LOVERS. THIS WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD IN DALLAS. OH AND IT WAS ABOUT 17 AND SOME CENTS FOR BOTH BURGERS WITH FRIES WHICH IS NOT THAT BAD AT ALL. :-)

Biggest Burger Ever. Yep it's all its cracked up to be. A huge generous beef patty grilled & stacked just right with all the trimmings. One can hardly open thier mouth wide enough to take a bite. I have yet to eat the whole thing although a double patty with bacon is listed on the menu for the hearty appetite. It's worth the elbow to elbow wait when you pick up your order in the tiny space. Neighborhood surroundings can be off putting but always seems safe enough with lots people around. $

Believe It. I am in Dallas on business and did some research prior to coming to find the best burger and steakhouse in DFW. Several travel websites led me to Wingfields. I'm staying at the Hyatt Regency, and even THEY recommended it, so we followed the advice of previous reviewers and ordered ahead of time.

I will preface this by stating that this review and the star-rating is about the FOOD itself. The location is definitely the "hole-in-th-wall" flavor, and the location is less than desirable, so we sent the guys to make the pick-up!

The burgers were HUGE. While the guys did finish theirs with fries, they were extremely full and happy. Two of us ordered ours with bacon. We expected the typical 2 strips buried under the hamburger pattie and were thrilled to see 5 or 6! Everyone agreed the burgers were fabulous, and we will definitely make this a stop whenever we return to Dallas.

Best burgers. The meat patty actually has taste! This burger is really, really good. They are huge but are sooo good. I can only finish half of one regular burger but man, I love it. Order it ahead of time, at least 40 minutes ahead to ensure you don't have to wait in line. The prices are really cheap for that kind of burger. The neighborhood does not look that great but honestly, I have never had any problems at all, every one seems nice.

King of Burgers.... We came and knelt before the mighty alter of Wingfield's and was presented with a worthy burger than can only have been a creation from Heaven. The burger hunt is done......the king of burgers have been found.

seriously over-hyped. Wow, this place deserves none of the praise it almost consistently receives. They cannot fix burgers at anything less than well done. They move at a snail's pace. They have no concept of air conditioning. And a heavily salted and peppered burger does not a wonderful experience make. There is no place to sit. If you must eat one of these burgers, then call ahead. But my advice is to dodge the whole ghetto-flopulous experience.

17 OZ BURGER..... ...I actually weighed it when I got it home. You've got to see these burgers on the grill. Quite a sight. I surrendered half way through. Now it's nap time.

The very best burgers. truly the very best burgers in the DFW area...Huge, tasteful, I can only handle half. I either save the other half for later or share it with my daughter. Instead of a long wait, we call ahead, and I orders ready when we arrive.
