Great Vet!. Compassionate and caring vet toward for our Wheaten Terrier, takes the time to explain what's wrong, cares about your feelings for the animal and is not so highly priced - you don't have to think twice before going to Park Cities Animal Hospital!
my wonderful experience. I called to schedule an appointment because my cat went mia for 3 days and when he returned, he had several bite wounds and was swollen all over. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to. They were able to get me in a timely manner and helped me to feel at ease which is exactly what I needed at that time. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. They were well versed and took very good care of my kitty and for that I am very grateful. Dr Hille went above and beyond his call of duty!! I wish MY DOCTOR offered the same level of care!!!!
Great Hospital and Staff. My dog was having a skin problem and no matter what I did I could not get his weight down. He was beginning to look like a table top! Dr Black worked with me on his treatment and he and his nurse Susan kept me informed every step of the way. We found out that no the neighbors wern't sneaking him bon bons he has a thyroid condition. He is now on medication and seems more energetic, happier, and yes the weight is coming off. Skin looks better, too. Great place
Best veterinarians in Dallas. I have taken my cat to Dr. Black for several years. He has always been compassionate and educated me about my options. When he has not been available on my schedule I have seen his associates. There is not a doctor in that practice who is not kind, compassionate & willing to take the time to care for my kitty and to educate me so that I can make the best decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Park Cities Animal Hospital. Took my dog for an anuual checkup. After being led to an exam room, the assistant took my dog. I sat alone for 40 minutes until I got up and went to the receptionist to ask what was going on. She said my dog had been examined and that they were cutting her pheno pills ($10.00 charge). When checking out, the vet finally showed up and handed me a stack of papers with the exam results.
They are excellent vets!. I am so happy that I found this animal hospital. They have been supportive at every step of my dog's care and have always been available whenever I had questions. I won't go anywhere else!
Great service!. I had a really great experience. My dog liked the vet and the staff. He got well quickly. Thank you.
Best Vet In Dallas.
Dr. Waller is the most caring, thoughtful and smart vet I have ever met. She takes the time to know both the animal and the pet. The first time we met Dr. Waller, she spent over an hour getting to know us and our precious puppy, Buddy. She encouraged us to ask questions; and when she didn't know the answer, she asked one of the other doctors or looked it up.
Since that first visit, we have called on Dr. Waller many times with questions and concerns.
She has NEVER failed to take the time to consider all potential options and help us make an informed decision. Her caring nature means that we will also receive a fillow up call a day or two after we've been in for a visit.
Being around Dr. Waller you can feel her love for animals and her desire to make sure they have the best care possible.
She is also a very effective communicator and helps us "parents" do what is best for our pets.
We would follow her anywhere.
