From my very first dealing with Greg, he was informative, helpful, very up front with pricing and really helped us get the most "bang for our buck". He was very respectful of our budget and there was no pressuring. I never felt rushed and he helped me design a beautiful diamond ring. The quality is supurb and everything was on schedule as promised. There was a tiny issue with final size (my fingers swelling was part of the problem) of the ring which they corrected promptly without any charge or issue.
