The Scene – Tawny paper-like lanterns, low overhanging wood beams and the amber glow from behind the bar creates a warm, earthy, Japanese feel. French doors shelter up to 40 guests in a private side dining room. I am new to Dallas and have not had an opportunity to visit many restaurants.I went to Sevy's about a month ago for a company dinner. The service, food, wine all were excellent. I am so impressed that I will be bringing my wife to Sevy's for dinner soon. The waitstaff did a great job getting meals out to the 11 people at the dinner in a timely manner so that everyone ate at the same time.
- Pros: Just about everything.
- Cons: None

OK, I'm a regular at Sevy's. Great place. I've had probably everything on the menu by now and have never had a meal that was less than excellent. The service is great, to. And Sevy is there to watch over stuff (he's a real nice guy). My wife and I sometimes come here just to have a glass of wine at the bar. The bartenders are the best - always there and they have a great memory for their regulars. There is ALWAYS someone interesting at the bar there - this is something you'll have to experience for yourself.
- Pros: Everything
- Cons: Nothing
