The Scene
Tawny paper-like lanterns, low overhanging wood beams and the amber glow from behind the bar creates a warm, earthy, Japanese feel. French doors shelter up to 40 guests in a private side dining room. Outside, guests can choose from not one, but two, covered patios, and can pass the time between courses loitering on the putting green.
The Food
The goat cheese crostini are as simple, with diced roma tomatoes and fresh shredded basil sitting atop fresh goat cheese and hot, garlicky toasts. The spinach and five-grain salad mixes warm kashi, barley and other nutty morsels with red cabbage, arugula, spinach and buttermilk blue cheese. The citrus chicken is juicy and lemony, but the zesty Gulf snapper is the true lemon-lover's delight. Served with decadently creamy orzo and wilted spinach, it picks up notes of red-pepper puree and balsamico while retaining its citrusy pep.

Sevy's Grill has been serving consistently great New American casual cuisine for years. Located in a trendy area of Dallas, you will find the atmosphere stylish and comfortable and crowded. The menu has a wide range of choices. There is a fun bar.

I am new to Dallas and have not had an opportunity to visit many restaurants.I went to Sevy's about a month ago for a company dinner. The service, food, wine all were excellent. I am so impressed that I will be bringing my wife to Sevy's for dinner soon. The waitstaff did a great job getting meals out to the 11 people at the dinner in a timely manner so that everyone ate at the same time.
