NOT SO NICE experience.
For those who goes to Tiffany at Northpark, don't waste your time & money if you can buy it online/or else where.
I just had one of the worse experiences today at Northpark and would like to share my experience with everyone. OK, just to be fair, the staff did greet me almost right away (probably have something to do with my $4000 necklace & $1000 earring plus my wedding & engagement ring)
I was going to buy a bag but unfortunately it's a limited edition and I can't find it anywhere else. Last I heard they may still have one at Northpark so I decided to check it out. The sales at first was politely check the inventory, then he told me it's completely out (oh, well just a bad luck) and he started saying how the bag is "out-of-date" because the color is not for this season anymore and on and on... and then, he said "Tiffany's customers are very sensitive about fashion so once the season is over, it's gone." OK, so... do I not look like a regular Tiffany customer or you are criticizing my taste? Not sure that IF (yes, a big IF) he knows how to communicate with a customer or, he just simply doesn't "fit in" with Tiffany.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the first bad experience I have had with Northpark Tiffany, long ago when I brought my collection to clean, the staff told me that I have to paid. I told her better check with her boss because of all the Tiffany stores that I have been, no one told me that I have to paid to clean the jewelry that is made of gold & platinum. Later she did apologize so I think they deserve one more chance. However, the quality of service just getting worse & worse, I cannot say how disappointed I am.
Beautiful jewelries but not so nice experience at Northpark.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!. I had just moved to Dallas from New York and decided to get my wife a gift. She was pregnant and it had been a rough pregnancy so I thought a charm or something would cheer her up. She has lots of Tiffany's I have gotten for her over the years direct from Fifth Avenue in New York so I decided to try Northpark's Tiffany's. What a joke. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They made snide comments the entire time at my refusal to purchase anything over $3000. When I picked the charm I liked for one of my wife's MANY Tiffany chains, I was told "Ooh...the SMALL one?!" by the staff member. I was disgusted. They wrapped the charm and I decided, "You know what? No." I refused to buy it and told the sales lady never mind. No way would I spend my money there. I left and called the manager and got their voicemail. Then I called the assistant manager and got their voicemail. What a joke. I went to the Galleria instead. DON'T bother with the Tiffany's at Northpark!
Home to the blue boxes that represent classic style and impeccable taste..
From its legendary blue boxes to its ever-popular six-prong diamond solitaire engagement ring, Tiffany's is a staple in the jewelry industry. Although diamonds, emeralds and sapphires represent 70 percent of total sales, tableware, gifts and accessories are popular items as well. Pleasant and accommodating, the sales staff serves customers with respect, whether they're buying a $40 glass vase or a $40,000 diamond bracelet.
