Frustration finally ends. After waiting for two months for my hair stylist to return from maternity leave, I called for an appointment. I was given a day and time 10 days out. A few days before my appointment I was notified that my stylist was going to be out of town on a teaching assignment. I do not believe that assignment came up suddenly. I have experienced this total disregard for clients at other another location as well. I will find another hair dresser instead of experiencing this type of frustration and disrespect again. It's too bad a great stylist has to lose clients over the store's inability to properly schedule.
