Great Burgers, Great Entertainment!. Great Burgers at Adairs! Entertainment's great, I hope they guest Bethany LaPrade (facebook/BethanyLaPrade). She's an amazing 16 year old country singer!

Beware!. I know which was the dirtiest, the employees or the entire place in general. Don't dare use the restrooms here, no telling what's lurking around. There may have been 10 people in there when I went in and the bartender said she was too busy to wait on people so we needed to come to the bar. After seeing where we'd have to sit we left. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

BEST baR iN dEEp ELLuM*. I went to this bar for the first time this summer... It was a week night and early, so I knew there wouldn't be very many people. It was just me and another girl, when we first got there I loved it immediately, It's super laidback, friendly and semi-country, which makes me feel right at home, because I'm a country girl! And even though it wasn't busy, we had a super good time & It ended up getting pretty packed for a week night! All the bartender's were awesome and personable!! I have been back 4 or 5 times and I love love love* it! I would recommend this bar to anyone!!

Since 1963, this popular beer joint has drawn Willie Nelson, members of the Dixie Chicks and countless canoodling couples.. The Scene
A mellow lounge this ain't; at night, it's more packed than a subway car. Scrubbed college boys in khakis, country chicks in Wrangler's and business folk in shiny shoes all love the bar's great personality. Graffiti of various ink decorates the brick walls, which are also covered in neon beer monikers, odes to Texas and signs like, "Dance with the one who brung ya or no damn dancin'." Jukeboxes firmly stick to classic country, like Patsy, Hank and Merle. Local and up-and-coming bands play nightly.

The Draw
As a lunch place and a bar, Adair's serves up great music, an honest beer and a beautiful burger. Make that a beautiful, fat, half-pound burger, with or without a slice of yellow cheese, and stabbed through with a righteous jalapeno pepper on a toothpick. That's it--no fancy fare here. A dim area in the back houses a pool table and shuffleboard.
