Harlen Johnson Heating And Air Conditioning

I reported CREDIT CARD FRAUD on Harlan Johnson Heat. This is a very dishonest company. Beware! This winter (two days before the record breaking low temp) the flame rod assembly went out in my furnace - I was able to diagnose this with a multimeter and the owners manual from my furnace. I found the part locally for $49 but had never replaced one and because we urgently needed heat I decided to get a professional to do it. I assumed approx $300 for the part and labor.

I called Harlen Johnson, described the issue and what I had done to diagnose it and and scheduled a technician to arrive the next day. I gave them the part number thinking that would expidite the repair and save multiple trips and having to take time off from work to meet them. I was notified that $79 service call fee would apply. This should have been a red flag nevertheless I agreed to pay a $79 fee.

. received a new MasterCard that I had not applied for - when I called to report fraud I found that Harlen Johnsn opened the account when they processed the credit application!…

My Central a/c & Heating system went out and Mr. Johnson came out and was very polite and had a crew out that same day to install a new system. The crew was very professional.
