Best Burger in Dallas. The burgers at the Hole in the Wall are by far the best burger I've had in Dallas. However, don't expect it quick and don't expect to have a lot of room to eat it inside. This place gets packed and most people aren't eating. If you hang out long enough, you will usually get a space at the bar. People at the tables don't tend to move to often. You would think this place would be much cheaper than it is. They usually only have 1 person working the bar so be prepared to have a relaxed attitude. Also, they charge you $5 per person at the door for their "annual fee", which often times they will charge you every time you go there. The parking is terrible. Sometimes, they will have a band there and the cover will be more than $5 dollars, so check and see whats happening that night if you can. Their blues is great. The people watching is fantastic. The patio is roomy and they have a huge fenced in yard with tables. The people are friendly. You have to go to this place at least once. But as previously stated, you MUST come with a relaxed non-hurried attitude.

Harry Hines burger joint is reminiscent of a backyard barbeque at mama's house.. In Short
If you are looking for presentation and atmosphere, check your expectations at the door. Hole in the Wall lives up to its name. The shabbily-lit bar is complete with a jukebox in the corner, but live blues is the trademark entertainment. The short menu is populated with only two selections: sandwiches and burgers. Jamaican Jerk Chicken with sweet spicy sauce is the exception, while grilled cheese on white bread screams home cooking.

Best burger yet. Being a huge fan of burgers and fries, I typically try them everywhere I go, and for the past two years Hole in the Wall has offered the best of both by far. It's literally a hole in the wall, but don't let that deter you as they offer classic burgers dripping with taste, the kind you struggle to keep from falling apart, and their fries are incredible as well. Though I don't live in the DFW area anymore, eating here is one of the highlights of any visit back. Highly recommended.

Don't let the exterior fool you.. I was in Dallas to watch the Cowboys play the Chiefs last year.

The day before my buddy took me to the "Hole in the wall" and

they sure named the place right, it was truly a hole in the wall.

The hamburger that I had was EXCELLENT one of the best that I have

had in many years. Don't go there for the esthetics because there

is none, go there for the food because it is killer. Next time I'm back

in Dallas I can guarantee that will close to the top of my places that

I want to eat at. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
