In response to Lori C., we would like to say we made every effort to provide great customer service and a perfect dress for her special day. Unfortunately, in this case we had to consider the safety of our other customers and our team.

Don't order a bridal gown from here. They are horrible...bad customer service, horrible in every way that matters. If you want a great wedding dress experience don't shop here....they won't even check your dress when it comes in....they just plain don't care about their customers.

AWESOME!. Terry Costa has it all- amazing dresses, shoes, jewelry, and customer service. They can get busy on the weekends but don't let that scare you from trying on the most fabulous dresses that I've ever seen. The people that work there are always wiling to help. If you need something for prom, a wedding, or just a night out I definitely recommend Terry Costa.

Friendly service... Great Dresses. Ok, I've never been the kinda of girl that dreams about her wedding every second of every day. I got engaged last August and I've been putting off the wedding planning for as long as I can. Well I put it off too long. I had no idea it took so much work and time to plan this stuff (silly me). So I've been walking into bridal salons after bridal salon with little to know help because my wedding is in three months. Terry Costa was so nice to me though. They didn't make me feel like I was pressured for time and the prices were perfect. Konnie was really nice to me and my family. They had an amazing gowns and they were able to answer all of my questions right on the spot. I didn't have to wait for a million annoying calls to get a simple answer. They really knew what they were talking about and I felt like I didnt' have to worry for the first time in this whole crazy mess. Thank you Terry Costa team. You're the best.

By far a nicer place to shop for Prom Dresses. Thank you Terry Costa for once again taking me away from buying at Whatchamallit's. I have came to truly respect the nice people and kind service of your staff as well as the quality of your dresses. I walked away very pleased and even had the few touch ups that the dress needed completed while we ate lunch. Our dress was packed in a very nice garment bag unlike other places in the past. I have two more daughters and I fully intend to shop Terry Costa!! Thank for a great experience and for being kind to my wallet :-)
