Wall-to-wall pink surrounds the dimly lit dining area, while bright paper flowers hang from the ceiling. Ornate native Mexican candelabras dangle from several wall mirrors, interspersed with paintings of small Spanish villas. More than 30 tables that seat up to eight diners sport pink tablecloths. The assorted appetizer platter is a combination of flautas, beef nachos and spicy quesadillas. Calabacitas rellenas is a zucchini sliced lengthwise, covered with linares cheese and stuffed with ground sirloin.

A most unusual dining room with PINK everwhere! Once you get over the Pepto Bismol look of the place (replete with multi-colored paper flowers) you will find above average food and very reasonable prices. Lunch specials are actually quite a bargain. The service is fine, but not overly friendly. Full bar and extensive menu.

You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu, but my favorites are the Carne Asada and the Sopapilla with Cinnamon ice cream.
