In Short – Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.

This BBQ is OK, just Ok

The meat was dry and did not have any smoke flavor at all. On the other hand the potato salad was great the so we're many other sides.

Red Hot and Blue is truly the best bar-b-que restaurant out there. I have personally dined at 5 different locations, all absolutely amazing.
The pulled pork and dry ribs are remarkable. They have the best potato salad anywhere, hands down. Also, their sauce selection is one of a kind. If you are looking for the best bar-b-que anywhere, make sure the first place you look up is Red Hot and Blue.
You definitely will not be disappointed.

This is a very good place for your family dinners. You can get everything you need here. Be sure you try their famous Potato Salad, get as much as you can. Believe me, You wont be dissapointed.
