horrendous!. its not even deserving of one star.

location? hard to find, but not bad. i figured since it was in an office building it would be nice.

i was wrong.

lets start from the beginning, i find out im pregnant, i call PP to get information on my options and pricing.

they answer the phone and say "hello" ... i had to ask if i was speaking to planned parenthood. i literally could only say " i just took a test and im pregnant.." before she rudely cuts me off and starts listing off prices of abortions... like she knew what i was calling for. she responded to every question like it was a hastle for her to have to answer them. (IM SORRY I JUST FOUND OUT IM PREGNANT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER) she was mumlbing and hard to understand. but never the less, i set up an apt.

i go in that morning, fill out the necessary paperwork and wait. now, most clinics will allow you to have ONE person to come with you back to the office, for support. when my boyfriend walked with me to the door after they called my name, they rudely told him to have a seat "he wasnt allowed" i went to the office and the entire staff was rude and treated me like i wasnt important to them. with no care for my feelings, or how i was doing. they read there script off of paper, never once making eye contact with me. and just did there job by state minimum law requirements. it was the worst experience ever. not one person in that place made me feel comfortable or okay with what was going on with me.

i will NEVER go to a planned parenthood again in my life. ever. i wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy. i walked out of there in tears.

it was hell.

Terrible location, awful service. The nurse practitioner is rude and unfriendly. Planned Parenthood services are supposed to be great. The woman I saw at this location was terrible. I will never go here again.
