Not what they used to be

I have used this company for several years, and in the past, I have been very pleased with the service. In the past, the carpets and my upholstery have been cleaned well, and the technicians have been very friendly and helpful.

On this last visit, the service was not the same. I do not recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

Best carpet cleaning ever

WOW! That's the best word to describe these guys. When I heard they were a division of Home Depot, I was impressed. When I called them, the girl explained everything to me, was so pleasant. Then, the guys who came to my home were so polite, so professional. The carpet looks as good as new now. Thanks, I will use these guys exclusively in my home and business.

• Pros: dries fast, professional company, no mess or fuss
• Cons: not the cheapest price, but worth it.
