Best Service. No other place to go!: For the best service and highest quality flowers anywhere in the Dallas area, there is no where else that you should go! I have used othere florists in this area and they never can compare with thhe Flower Center.

USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE- THIS SHOP/OWNER DOES NOT DESERVE A SINGLE DIME!
My mother who lives 5 hours away in Arkansas sent me flowers for my 22nd Birthday. She picked an arrangement that was supposed to consist of - "An assortment of fresh flowers such as roses, Asiatic lilies and Matsumoto asters in shades of pink and green is nestled in tissue paper and delivered in a pink-gift-wrapped glass cube vase that’s adorned with a green-and-white polka dot ribbon." (THAT WAS TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE, BTW)- What I got was a cheap, thrown together arrangement of 3 pink roses (dying), some wilting cream colored snapdragons, ONE white lilly, 3 pink carnations and FERNS (and other ugly greenery) filling up MOST of the arrangement. It had 1 piece of pink and 1 piece of white WRINKLED tissue paper around the vase with ONE SINGLE lopsided strand of dark PURPLE curling ribbon tied around the bottom- A five year old child could have wrapped it better- it was truly laughable at best. There was no cute polka dot ribbon or pretty pink gift wrap here! My mother sent me a picture and a link to what I was SUPPOSED to receive and she also paid extra for the DELUXE version of the arrangement- making it a $70 bouquet. This looked like something someone threw together in 5 minutes and cost about $20. When my mother saw the pictures I sent and realized how wrong her order was she called "From You Flowers dot com"- the woman she talked to there was very apologetic and promised to refund her money. Once Flower Center heard they were going to have to refund her money they called me and a very rude woman just asked if I would be home the next day so she could come get my flowers. I said yes and assumed they would be REPLACING them. I called my mom and she was also shocked that they would'nt just let me keep them since it was THERE mistake (what will they do with dead flowers ANYWAY?)- So I called back and asked if they were going to replace them or just take them and they VERY RUDELY informed me that if I wanted a refund I had to give them back- I said it was my birthday and I was really disappointed in their customer service and wanted to speak to a manager and the woman YELLED at me, never apologized ONCE or acted like she cared at all and told me to call tomorrow to talk to the manager. I called the next day and told him he could come get his flowers but I was very disappointed in their customer service and the arrangement and he loudly INTERRUPTED ME, asked for the address, and once I gave it to him he said "thanks" and i said "well, I'm actually not finished..." and he HUNG UP ON ME! IN MID SENTENCE! I am shocked and appalled that such a person owns and runs a business with that sour attitude. He is a rude man with a rude staff and no concern or care for anyone. I pity the poor people that have ordered flowers for funerals or sick loved ones through him/his company- I can only imagine what awful experiences he has put them through! Thank goodness my Mom used "From You Flowers dot com" and not Flower Center directly so she was able to get a full refund. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH NICER PEOPLE AND BETTER FLOWERS!

The most HATEFUl owner of a business I have ever dealt with!. My mother sent me a bouquet of what was "suppose" to be roses and lilies. What I got was a Huge Banana leaf with some dead daisies and a couple of roses! I think the only reason this place gets any business is because the deliver on Sunday. When I called to voice my concerns He let me know they had 24 hour policy and was not going to do a thing and hung up on me! I honestly can not believe someone like this owns a business! Please do not order from this man! He could care less!
WORST EVER! MEAN, RUDE, DISRESPECTIFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!. Unsatisfied!! My daughter lives in NYC and ordered me a an arrangement for my birthday. It was NOTHING like the picture. She called the man and he was totally rude to her. So I called also and he was the rudest person I have evern encountered. He told me he would come get the arrangement and refused to redo it and make like the picture. 1/2 of the items were missing out of my arrangement! Then I mentioned that she had paid alot for this and he was rude enough to say to me "what is a lot of money to you?" I could not believe it. He told me he does not have email and therefore has NO idea what the picture looks like. This is just NOT acceptabe. He has totally refused to refund her money. Do not ever use this place. The man there definately needs an attitude adjustment.
UGLY, DISTASTEFUL FLOWERS, AND OWNER EXTREMELY UNAPPRECIATIVE OF CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DON"T USE THIS FLORIST ... MAKE YOUR MONEY COUNT!!!. Dallas has many florists known for creating beautiful and situationally APPROPRIATE flower arrangements! CHECK OTHER REVIEWS TO FIND ONE OF THEM! For a new baby, the arrangement that was delivered consisted of red gladiolas, three yellow carnations and one ivory rose in a TACKY vase. Additionally, the balloon was lavender, blue and yellow. You cannot possibly imagine how UGLY this arrangement was!!! TRULY APPALLING!!! When I called to speak with the owner, the man was extremely rude and expressed unappreciation and disdain for the out of town customer who sent $50.00 worth of business his way!!! Why would you want to spend a penny to get something like this when you can pick up a bundle of flowers FAR MORE ATTRACTIVE than this conglomeration at Walmart or any gocery store? I would heartily recommend AVOIDING DOING BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE SO incredibly unappreciative WITH SUCH POOR TASTE!!!!!
Bad Flower. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. We experienced horrible cust svc after we got something cheap we didn't order and the flowers were dead to boot. Thankfully Teleflora refunded the $100. I don't see how they can stay in bussiness. 2 diff girls and 1 guy all had the worst attitude and manners - hung up on me - told my husband to pick up the choc he ordered on his way home if he wanted them - they we're not comming back out just for that!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO VERY RUDE!!!. I would not recommend anyone use this flower shop. I placed an order through Teleflora who in turn used this shop to send flowers. They sent something completely different than what I ordered. When I called the shop to see what happened, the man who answered was so rude and said he was NOT TAKING THE ORDER BACK. I didn't ask him to take it back, I just had questions. He hung up on me in mid conversation. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT USE THE FLOWER CENTER. I contacted Teleflora and they told me they had numerous complaints about THE FLOWER CENTER IN DALLAS, TX. Thank goodness I used Teleflora and not this place directly. Teleflora is making my order right and they were very courteous and apologetic. THE FLOWER CENTER has horrible customer service!!!!!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!
AVOID BUSINESS AT ALL COST...FLOWERS DONT MATCH WHAT IS ON WEBSITE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order was wrong twice and they actually delievered dead and whithering tulips to my girlfriends place of employment. When I called to address the problem, I was called names and hung up on twice.
