great job. Chris Hernandez did a great job and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. I feel more confortable taking my Toyota to a Toyota dealership as you will have the right parts and service needed. And I utilize the free WIFI service so I can get work done. Gregg Bartus

My experience was very favorable. My experience was very favorable. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Toyota of Dallas and the main reason is the excellent and professional service from Hardy Tadlock.

Absolutely outstanding service representative. Jeff Singleton is an absolutely outstanding service representative. He is responsive, thorough, professionally courteous and attentive to every detail. As an example, after leaving the dealership (following my service appointment), I could not find my cell phone. I returned to the dealership to see if I had left it there and Jeff went out of his way to help me find it, calling the phone several times to see if we could hear it ring. He is a real asset to Toyota of Dallas and a pleasure to work with!!

Hybrid!. Chris was absolutely fantastic. I went in planning on getting a Rav4 and came out with a Hybrid Highlander and it was an excellent experience. I'd definitely refer anyone interested in buying a car to Toyota of Dallas and tell them to ask for Chris.
