Not what you expect....

The ONLY time I have ever used Yellow Cab I had a nightmare of problems, I called two hours before my flight at the airport, gave all my information Name, address, phone number, where I was going, to the young lady who answered the phone, (who acted like she could care less) told me 15 minutes.... time goes by no cab, I called back , (phone was answered by someone who gave their name and asked how may I help you) I was told my call was not put in....I gave all my information again this time I was given a cab number and told 10 to 20 minutes......20 minutes go by no cab.....called back a 3rd time, (what had to be the 1st girl who told me 15 minutes and never took my call answers) I ask who am I speaking with she tells me it's none of my business and that my cab is 2 minutes away and hangs up on me....I called back and asked to speak with a supervisior, I was on hold for 30 minutes (all the while wating for my cab thats 2 mintues away) when a supervisior FINALLY answered I I told him what had happened and how rude the girl who just hung up on me was he asked if I got her name and I said no she said it was none of my business, his reply was that if I didn't know her name he couldn't do anything about it and hung up on me....my cab never arrived, I had to call another company and it arrived in 10 mintues, aviod using yellow cab at all costs it's to much stress and not very reliable....

The past three times I have used Yellow Cab I ordered my taxi hours in advance. Not once did my cab actually show up. The first time this happened I called the company and was told that my cab had accidentally been scheduled for the wrong day. The second time it happened I was told that they did not even have the appointment I had made hours beforehand in their system. Tonight was the third week in a row this has happened. I called the company and was put on hold twice, and transferred to three different employees, none of whom were able to tell me where my cab was. When I realized that I had been transferred to a third employee, given that all I was trying to do was find out where my 20 minute late taxi was, I pulled the phone a couple inches away from my face and let out a loud "Oh my God!" The next thing I heard was a woman screaming "don't you call here yelling and cursing at me!". Of course I had not curse at her, nor had I yelled AT her. However, this woman began to berate me. She literally began some sort of angry diatribe, and I didn't even get the opportunity to tell her why I was calling!
Yellow Cab, Where?

i booked online 48 hrs in advance, i waited for confirmation email, no email so i called to confirm, had to book again, 9a.m. rolls around..no cab, need to get to airport, i called them back, girl acts like she could care less, said, she was trying to get someone out there, can't give me a specific time of arrival... WHAT???!!!, said, she was trying to find someone...again WHAT??!!! asked her why should i even book in advance if they can't get someone here on time? she couldn't answer that one. canceled, hung up, called another cab company and they were there in 10 min. cab company has to be more reliable than this. if you need to get somewhere by a certain time, do not call this company. no cab, no rating star ! (ugh, had to give at least one)
