If you want to take your dog where there is great schmoozing before and after, pick another place. If you want your dog back in 2 hours, pick another place. Even if you want a friendly visit when you
bring in the dog, find another place. These guys are busy and businesslike. They don't make small talk, but they take great care of your dog.
If you want a great grooming job and a happy, calm dog, this is your groomer. The place always looks and smells clean. When I pointed out something I wanted for my dog's groom, it was done. He's got a challenging coat, but he looks perfect after his groom, and he doesn't seem to mind staying there all day.…
Do not waste your money.
The people that own and work here are amazingly rude and very ungrateful for your business. They made it very clear that they don't want new customers but would " do me a favor grooming my dog" if I
really needed them to.
If they are so horrible to the customers then just think how they must treat dogs. This place looked filthy and an all around miserable place. There are just too many other places in town to bother with this one.…
Dazzle Dog dazzles my dogs!. I have two cocker spaniels. One of them has had extremely bad experiences with groomers/grooming. In fact, this dog would refuse to get out of the car, have to be muzzled when being groomed, and would hide in the house after he got home from his bad grooming experience. His happy disposition changed every time I took him to be groomed, until this past spring. I started calling around, and by chance, I called the Dazzle Dog. It was the best call I made. I had explained my dog's past experiences. They were very helpful on the phone, prior to me bringing in my dogs. After my dog's first experience at the Dazzle Dog, I will not go anywhere else. My dog, who was temperamental with grooming, LOVES going to the groomer now. From the quiet and calm atmosphere, to knowledgeable grooming and home care for cocker spaniels, the experience at the Dazzle Dog has been outstanding for both me and my dogs. In fact my formerly temperamental dog struts out of Dazzle Dog thinking the is one handsome dog (of course I concur!) He comes home happy. I joke with my friends, saying that the groomer is a dog whisper and tells my dog how wonderful he is and that is how he acts when he comes home. Not only do they do a great job in grooming, they give me tips on how to keep them looking good between visits. . It is obvious that everyone at the Dazzle Dog is 'dog centered'.…
Why would you have your dog groomed anywhere else?.
The clean, quaint atmosphere is such a delight compared to other establishments I have been to in the past. I found this shop quite by accident and have referred all of my acquaintances to them for
their outstanding and award winning grooming.
They treat my pets and myself- like family. When one of our older pets passed away, they sent a condolence card and that meant the world to us at our time of loss.
Granted at times the staff may seem a bit snippy but usually there are other factors attributing to the demeanor, I am sure. I can only imagine what it would be like having to deal with other pet owners like myself. LOL>>>>
The professional grooming and the fact they produce a product so outstanding that our dogs look like champions of the canine world should be more than enough for you to have a visit to the Dazzle Dog. An all around pleasurable experience for our ptes and ourselves.…
