After having a few intial problems with our order, management got involved and quickly addressed all issues. Our couch turned out awesome and overall experience was great. Highly recommend!

Top quality craftsmanship, top quality leather and top quality customer service. I have nothing but high marks for this company. I recently replaced the custom made living room furniture I bought from this same company in 1991. I only replaced it because I wanted a different ‘look’ in my living room. This original furniture survived children, dogs, cats, teenagers and multiple moves. I went back to Luxury of Leather in Addison, because I think the quality of their product is unsurpassable. They also stand by their product and their sales staff. When we purchased the new furniture, I had asked to have a particular chair made a little smaller for me as I am a petite woman. Unfortunately, the chair didn’t get made to my specifications and the salesman who sold me the furniture (who is no longer employed by this company) failed to inform me that it couldn’t be made smaller. We took delivery on the furniture and for 6 months I knew it wasn’t right, but tried to make the best of it. Finally, due to being so uncomfortable in the chair every night, I went back to the store. This is when I found out that the chair hadn’t been made the way I had ordered it and couldn’t be made that smaller. I could only report the conversations I had had with the now defunct salesman. The store had minimal notes regarding my request, but not a specific order for it. Despite all that, the store stood by its guarantee of customer satisfaction and replaced the chair with one that now fits me properly. I did pay more for the replacement chair, but I believe that was only fair as the chair I chose to replace it was a more expensive piece of furniture. Luxury of Leather gave me a full credit for the chair being replaced. Kudos to Luxury of Leather in Addison particularly Shantel and Richard. They both took superior care of this customer.
What a waste of $5,000 - the worst furniture made!. We purchased a large sectional with ottoman from Luxury of Leather. When it was delivered some of the custions were firm and some were very soft. On the soft cusions the leather didn't fit and looked like a pillowcase, very wrinkled and loose - they say the leather will stretch, but this was before we even sat on it. I asked the delivery person if this is how they all look, he said no and suggested I take pictures. He said he would have the Customer Service Manager call me. They did call and half of the sectional has been back and forth to the factory THREE TIMES - it was poorly made and they keep trying to fix it rather than just remake the part that is so poorly made which also happens to be the main portion. Each time they take it back it is worse than the time before and you live without your furniture for awhile. But that is just the appearance part of the product. The actual comfort is much worse. They use straps rather than springs. I now understand it is because the straps are much cheaper than springs. After sitting on the couch for 30 min to watch tv, both my back as well as my husbands back hurts - it feels like sitting on outside furniture made with straps that are not very close together. We paid over $5,000 for this furniture and have provided Luxury of Leather several opportunities to work with us to make this right over the past three years, however they just keep making excuses and saying "We will have someone call you." and then no one ever does. Good luck if you don't like the product they deliver - you will be out the $$$$. We are shopping for new furniture this weekend. So sad the item we bought from LOL that was supposed to last a lifetime was dead on arrival.

The staff was very helpful in helping me select the design. We then customize the sofa to meet my husband and my needs. They explained the various leather options including how each would wear. They delivered in 10-days. The sofa was beautiful. Exactly what we ordered.
Delivery was prompt. I plan to order a recliner next. I highly recommend the Luxury of Leather. Great job.
EXCELLENT product and service. When I chose The Luxury of Leather, I went on my intuiton. I was met with the most pleasant salesperson. I found it easy to make choices betwen comfort and leather...had no idea a piece of furniture could last 60+ years! Thanks to the knowledgeable staff, I chose to purchase my living group that day and have been extrordinarily happy ever since! Better than expected furniture and service. They made me the exact leather furniture that I wanted and delived it in 10 days. The price was great and everyone was very nice.
Terrible, after-sale service when our leather began to fade. We bought our sectional for $5'000 and the leather was over-stretched, and the color faded within the first month. We bought the warranty fixed the stretched leather and recolored the faded areas on the sectional . The sectional continued to have a color fading issue within three months and has been recolored at least 3 more times. We feel that the leather on the sectional is defective but The Luxury of Leather will not replace the existing leather with a new leather and have only offered to recover the cushions with leather that is a 'close' match to the leather that is on the body of the sectional. We can't get the Luxury of Leather to fix the sectional properly. We have a warranty that is basically useless. I can't even get a call back from the owner and the rep that is working with us left us a message saying that he "is doing us a favor" by offering to even recover the cushions. I will NEVER buy from them again. CAUTION BUYER BEWARE
Unluxurious experience.. Went to the store in Frisco. When sofa was first delivered, delivery man decided time scheduled was not convienient for him so he called me to reschedule at a time that was not good for me. Finally got him to agree to deliver at original time. Sofa did not fit in door so they brought it back the following week in peices and reassembled in my house. Cushions had huge fold lines, I brought them back to the store to be fixed. Two weeks later I get my cushions, one of them looks old and dirty where they covered the line and now they don' t fit on the couch!!!!
