Very good pizza. I grew up in NY, and am therefore used to excellent pizza. Carmine's is decent as far as trying to emulate NY style pizza. I've been to several pizza places in Dallas so far (and I do not consider chain pizza places in my search), and Carmine's is at the top for the time being. It's certainly not the best pizza out there, but it's still good! If you want a good, classic pizza, definitely check them out! I was very pleased with quick wait time (they make your pie as soon as you put in your order, and it's done about 15 minutes later).

Great Pizza. Checked out Carmine's after reading the review here online. I have to agree, it is some damn good pizza. My wife said it was a little greasy, but that didn't stop her from having 3 slices. It was good, it was great. It tastes great, the cheese tasted great, the toppings looked hand cut, the toppings tastes fresh. This is several levels above Papa Johns and many levels above Pizza Hut -- for the same price. We ordered the pizza for carryout, but the place looks comfy - not brand new, but not run down.

The only complaint was that the people who work there were speaking Italian or some other language. The lady at the counter seemed like she was mad about something, but I can't tell for sure since I didn't know what they were saying.

Great Pizza. My wife and I when ever we are in the vicinity Carmine's Pizzeria is a must. No fancy decor just a great pie!!!

The Best Pizza. When you go into a pizza shop and order a slice of pizza you expect to get a small cut of pizza, right? But at Carmine's you get a slice that is almost a 1/3 of the whole pizza! I go there almost everyday, but why I can't go every day is because they are clozed on Sunday! Awwwwwwwwww man!

Ms.. It's been awhile since I've eaten at Carmine's, but I never forget a good Italian place. I was raised on the East coast in an Italian neighborhood, so when I found Carmine's (during my sojourn in Dallas) I thought I had been transported back "home". If you get the chance, eat at Carmine's--that is if you REALLY want authentic Italian food! I know Italian women who would give this 2 thumbs up!!!
