In Short – Cream-colored tablecloths offset mahogany walls in an homage to restraint. Exposed brick, gas lamps and displays of cognac and cigars add to the substantial ambience. Whipped garlic butter melts onto pieces of crusty, hot sourdough. The Atkins Sampler offers filet mignon, Kobe sirloin and rib eye, along with broccoli bearnaise. Honey-glazed pork chops come with an onion reduction so sweet, it's almost applesauce. The white chocolate-macadamia nut bread pudding is a popular dessert.

The steak and everything else are terrific. Great chef! I spoke a bit with the General Manager and he was very enthusiastic about his restaurant which I really appreciated. The service was very efficient and friendly even though they were packed.

Wouldn't say it was the best.... had better service and better wine list, better steak at Pappas or Bob's but Chamberlain's is definitely up there! Will return at some point....

Wonderful Mother's Day Brunch!

We enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day Brunch at Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House. There were 4 in our party. We arrived to find a very courteous valet waiting to park our car. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation time, but they seated us immediately! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely wonderful from the salad course to the dessert course. I am difficult to please when it comes to steak. I want it tender and juicy ... but no pink. My steak was cooked to perfection. Everyone in our party left Chamberlain's singing their praises. It was a very special Sunday, being Mother's Day ... and, yet, they were totally prepared. Thank you, Chamberlain's, for making my Mother's Day very special.

Best Steak House in Dallas

This is by far the best Steak House in Dallas. Do not miss the New York Strip....it is exceptional! The Prime Rib is also stellar. The service is even better than the food. The wine list is nice and large with many great deals to be found.The owner came by our table to make sure everything was perfect and I saw Chef Chamberlain making the rounds as well. Great restaurant!!

Chamberlain's is my favorite steak/seafood place in Dallas! I am constantly amazed by their food! Plus, their grits are to die for :)
